Politics: Guy Smith
(writer, songwriter, political provocateur) and has been referred to as
a libertarian with a foreign policy. Because the 2nd Amendment is the
only civil right under perpetual attack, Guy has chosen to make gun owner
rights and being the editor of Gun Facts the focal point of his political activism.

civil right has come under such unrelenting attacks as the
2nd Amendment. Everyone who takes liberty seriously
— which apparently does not include the ACLU —
must actively defend the 2nd Amendment."
Speaking: Guy is a regular speaker on television (Al Jazeera, Thom
Hartmann's Big Picture), radio (Gun
Talk, NRANews' Cam &
Company) and at meetings of civil liberty
groups, including being an invited speaker at the
Gun Rights
Policy Conference.

Gun Facts history: During his early days, Guy discovered that a great amount of the
"information" being provided by gun control groups was just plain wrong.
Thus, the Gun Facts e-book was created -- to debunk gun control myths and
start the process of creating a civil and honest debate.
Gun Facts has always been, and always will be a free publication. Guy's
goal is to "get the information out there".
As Gun Facts grew, a number of other activists volunteered their time to
help with the process. Today, Gun Facts volunteers help with research,
fact checking, citations, proof reading, and publicity.
