Politics:  Guy Smith (writer, songwriter, political provocateur) is a civil libertarian.  Because the 2nd Amendment is the only civil right under perpetual attack, Guy has chosen to make gun owner rights the focal point of his political activism.

"No civil right has come under such unrelenting attacks as the 2nd Amendment.  Everyone who takes liberty seriously must actively defend the 2nd Amendment."

Gun Facts history:  During his early days, Guy discovered that a great amount of the "information" being provided by gun control groups was just plain wrong.  Thus, the Gun Facts e-book was created -- to debunk gun control myths and start the process of creating a civil and honest debate.

Gun Facts has always been, and always be a free publication.  Guy's goal is to "get the information out there". 

As Gun Facts grew, a number of other activists volunteered their time to help with the process.  Today, Gun Facts volunteers help with research, fact checking, citations, proof reading, and publicity.
